As the operator of the Lodi Access Center, we at Outreach Ministries International believe every individual experiencing homelessness deserves an opportunity for restoration and a pathway forward. Our Love First model is producing meaningful, measurable change. Each month, an average of 14 individuals transition from homelessness into housing or rehabilitation programs, while another 5 individuals gain employment, creating greater stability and a path toward self sufficiency. Thank you for investing in change and partnering with us as we work to reduce homelessness and create a legitimate bridge back to stability, independence, and community.
