Did you know that according to CDC, 40% of the youth in the United States are overweight or obese?  Your donation helps make a lasting impact for the youth in our community. It allows underserved children access to fun fitness, mindful movement, and nutrition guidance at absolutely no cost to them so that we can reduce the increase in childhood obesity!  Your donation goes towards a free class, healthy snacks, or equipment to keep this program going.  So far we have touched the lives of 280 children, donated 70 yoga mats, and providing other fitness equipment so that children can be more active. Thank you for your contributions and for spreading awareness about our program!
