It is our vision that the Grande Prairie Choral Arts continue to be known as a celebrated south suburban choir where members share a passion for music, education, and community. As a group welcome to all, our members are encouraged to grow with each other in their appreciation and knowledge of a wide variety of music; and are inspired to strive for excellence in vocal development, reading skills, and artistic confidence. Our choirs are a place of fellowship, nurtured by a mutual love of musical camaraderie. We present our music to our diverse community throughout each season in a variety of outreach opportunities. Our audiences are seen not as spectators but as fellow learners and lovers of the art. They are encouraged to experience the music with us as we share it with them. This donation will help a lot to achieve our vision. We'll be able to : - Continue to provide free beautiful music within our community - Provide scholarships for singers not able to cover membership - Hire musicians for our concerts- Purchase new music to expand our library-Grow the reach of Grande Prairie Choral Arts
