Help UW Swimmers Get To Nationals!

The University of Washington Husky Swim Club has qualified for the 2025 College Club Swimming Nationals, held at Arizona State University this spring! After the D1 UW Swim Team was cut in 2009, our club has faced a multitude of challenges to get recognition on campus. This is our 2nd year with pool access after being without an on-campus pool for 4 years. This is an incredible opportunity for our dedicated student-athletes to compete at the national level, represent the Husky spirit for the first time ever at a College Club Swimming Nationals event, and showcase years of hard work both in and out of the pool.

However, as a brand new club getting no financial support from our school, the cost of travel, lodging, and competition fees is our biggest roadblock, and we are therefore relying on fundraising to make this trip possible.

Your donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping our team cover:

- Flights to-and-from Phoenix, Arizona and Seattle, Washington

- Hotel accommodations for the team

- Meals while staying in Arizona

- Entry fees for the competition

My name is Lucy Kao, and I am the President of the Swim Club and have been for the past 3 years. I have swam since before I could walk, and this sport has always played a large role in my life. Nationals will be my very last competition of my swimming career, and I will do everything I can to make it possible for me and my teammates to attend.

Help us reach our goal and make our dream of competing at Nationals a reality! Thank you for supporting Husky Swimming – we couldn’t do it without our supporters!
