Transform Lives with Clean Water!
We are excited to share our inspiring journey to build water wells in Tanzania, aiming to provide clean, accessible water to communities in critical need. Our initial venture in Michese, Dodoma Region, benefiting the family of Sister Martha, was a resounding success. This well has transformed the lives of 55,000 people by significantly reducing their daily struggles for water and lowering the risk of abuse during long walks to distant wells.
Encouraged by this success, we are now planning three additional wells:
•Mabamba-Kigoma, for the family and village of Sister Agnes
•Mabamba-Kigoma, for the family and village of Sister Agnes
•Keni-Mengeni, Kilimanjaro, for the family and village of Sister Juliana •Veyula, Dodoma Region, for the family and village of Sister Veyce
This project is deeply personal to us. Our sons attend Verna Montessori School in Mt. Pleasant, PA, where the four Tanzanian nuns mentioned above have profoundly impacted them. Their stories of life back home and the critical need for clean water sparked our commitment to this cause. Our mission is to build water wells in each of the nuns’ hometowns.
Enclosed are some images of the completed well in Michese, vividly illustrating the transformation we’ve achieved. Together, we can give back to the dedicated sisters who have given so much to the children and families attending Verna Montessori School and make a difference in ensuring that everyone in their village has access to this vital resource.
