This donation will help to achieve our mission to advocate for duty disabled first responders. We have raised over $90,000 towards our lawsuit that began on October 13, 2023 and need to raise another $100,000 through donations and fundraising in order to reach our goal to pay legal fees. Most re-employed duty disabled first responders stand to lose some if not all of their earned benefits with the change to the statute.
