Come together as a family, a corporate team or group of friends, to hike in memory of a loved one. Your participation helps to support the compassionate end-of-life care we offer at no charge to individuals and their families in London-Middlesex.  The goal of Hike for Hospice is to raise $100,000 AND to create lasting memories. Every year, we need to raise $1.3 million to continue offering personalized and compassionate palliative care. Hike for Hospice is an annual event that helps us reach our fundraising goal - and we couldn't do it without you!

Because of your support, we are able to continue offering our compassionate wrap-around end-of-life care for palliative individuals throughout London-Middlesex, as well as continuing to support their families and caregivers before, during, and after the passing of their loved one. Every year, Hospice must raise $1.3 million dollars. Your donation creates moments of revelation for the grieving, distill fear into peace for the dying, and provides friendship and community during a time that can feel absolutely isolating. Your donation to our Hike for Hospice not only helps to add life to days, but often days to life, as well.Individuals enrolled in Hospice care live on average 29 days longer than those not in Hospice care. It’s through the existence of our Hospice home, the companionship of our volunteers and the team behind them, and our Community & Supportive Care team that wrap all of this personalized attention around palliative individuals and their caregivers that help to make the magic of Hospice happen…and that is because of you.It’s because of you that we can offer all of this at no charge.
