So I found a kitchen to lease and then started building.  Now with the surging growth and exponential amount of business that we are doing, I needed to find a larger space that I could call my own. This new banquet center will focus on creating a center that the surrounding community doesn’t have. A place to use for a church on Sundays; a place for local groups to meet. I will be serving elevated comfort cuisine and fine dining for private functions. I have procured an old restaurant that needs some minor renovations a little tlc and some general cleaning before we can start operating. I want people to use this place for "Memorable Affordable Creative" (my business tag line) dining and events. I would also like to open up for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day and St. Pattys Day to serve a prie-fixe menu. We would be closed on Sundays, Christmas and Thanksgiving so we can give our employees family time.
