The Paul to Timothy home will be a place for developing new Mentor Directors as well as deepening the skills of our current team. We currently grow by about 73 new pastors and ministry leaders using our curriculum each month. Each pastor is encouraged to meet with a Mentor Director as they mentor their leaders. Obviously, we have a constantly growing need for new Mentor Directors!
