At the Jazzy Hearts Foundation, we are dedicated to raising awareness about congenital heart disease (CHD) and organ donation. While we are currently building our capacity to fund innovative research, we also focus on creating strong partnerships and fostering supportive communities where families affected by CHD and transplants can find comfort, strength, and understanding. With Jazzy's legacy as our guiding light, we work to spread hope, healing, and love to all touched by pediatric heart conditions. Our vision is to see heart transplants evolve into a definitive cure, and through our efforts, we aim to inspire resilience and renewed hope, one heartbeat at a time. Every donor dollar helps us move closer to that goal, and while individual contributions may seem small, together we can achieve remarkable progress.
