We appreciate your commitment shown by your meaningful contributions to Fundamental Chromatic that we are forever Thankful for. Thank you for spending the time to patiently learn about what Fundamental Chromatic is raising the Funds for and How we will continue to Create/Make meaningful Change, all because of You! Because you believe in us, believe there must be Change, Difference; You're a True Leader in the Community!  We want to extend your contributions and our gratitude for these that are Partnering to help make meaningful Change in the community by giving a Shout Out! spreading your name across Facebook on our Page Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc, and on our Website <a href="https://sites.google.com/view/fundamental-chromatic/home" target="_blank">https://sites.google.com/view/fundamental-chromatic/home</a>.  Researchers estimate that over 14,000 people in Colorado are currently experiencing homelessness—and that number is rising rapidly. Almost 6 million people live in Colorado. If everyone in first, Colorado would please contribute at minimum $1, we would be able to Make Meaningful Change! Please will you help and support the people who are struggling to survive?! Then Share our Story with all your friends, family, neighbors, and community?! When 1 in every 16 people contribute minimum of $1 we will have raised $375,000. The Foundation of the Case and Care Management , and Peer Supports Services Provided via Essential Outreach and Mobile Services will begin. We will obtain our Fire and Safety Inspection and Pass, then Apply to secure our License to be able to legally serve people experiencing Substance Use Disorder, and Justice Involved People, as well as Behavioral Health Needs. Helping our clients first Access Resources, Programs, and Benefits so we can all Survive. Then we will Create Plans of Care with our clients. We will help clients receive adequate Care through our companionship, compassionate, and caring Supports and Advocacy. Our Goal is to help people connect to resources so they have a chance to Survive. Then we help them connect to health care providers and help with access to the appointments, and motivating our clients to participate in their care. We help guide our clients towards a sufficient lifestyle to include housing connections, nutrition supports, help with volunteering experience and engaging in the community, finding a church for those with Creed. We help apply for employment opportunities, and help clients who want to pursue education by helping share current opportunities, and financial aid and help fulfill the requirements for these resources. We promote what we know works, and in which we have lived experiences ourselves, and can say "We recommend and can connect you".  Ideally the Target Amount we initially need support and help to make meaningful change = is $375,000 to acquire a Primary Work from Home Office where we will Serve the Community via Essential Outreach and Mobile Services. The Project is to gain a Principal Physical Address that the Organization is Registered to in relation with the Founder - me, Chelsea Cramer. To Conduct the Management Work from Home Primary Office where business conducts/ Office. It provides the community with 2 Affordable Housing Units, along with the Office that we need in order to Invite Safety and Fire Inspectors to the Address so we can Pass Inspection, and Move Forward with our Licensing Application. Once we are Licensed with State of Colorado Resources, we can Apply to be a Provider of Most Insurances that are for Members of lower than average incomes, to no and moderate income, Providing Outreach and Mobile Services of Essential Care where our Case Manager, and Peer Support Services are needed the Most - the Streets, and Public Places - Meeting people struggling and facing grave challenges, to help set and achieve goals, and experience growth, and freedom, security, and safety for a lifetime and generations to come.  Once Fundamental Chromatic becomes a Licensed Entity we will become a Licensed Case Management and Peer Supports Providers allowing us to earn Revenue to support our Mission, Goals, and the community.  This is a HUGE we need to accomplish to be able to show love, kindness, and helpfulness to neighbors in need of compassionate support. Our struggling people, our friends/family/neighbors. PEOPLE. I wish we could bring them a cup of coffee, or buy them a refillable bottle of water, Hygiene Kits, healthy snacks, nutrition &amp; protein, fiber, like a PB&amp;J. We need additionally :  undies and bras. Plus sunscreen, mosquito spray. How we need this 2 Unit place. So we can provide essentials from the Revenue by renting out the 2 units as affordable housing.  Additionally with 1 of the 2 units, as a work from home out of office that outreach and mobile Case management and peer support services are provided from the office. This will also serve as a Legal avenue for the work of creation of Plans of Care paperwork and having a safer place to keep records.
