Suicide Grief Support Saskatoon Inc. is a haven for those who have experienced the profound grief of losing a loved one to suicide. Our support group provides a compassionate and understanding community where individuals can share their stories, find solace, and begin to heal. Through shared experiences, empathetic listening, and mutual support, our members find strength and resilience in the face of unimaginable loss. Together, we create a safe space that fosters connection, reduces isolation, and offers hope for a brighter tomorrow. Here are some, but not all, of the ways our donations are used:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Resources: We maintain a large library of resources, from books to podcasts, we spend a lot of time finding resources, and there are always more to purchase.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Training: Our facilitators aren&#39;t professionals, but they do attend courses and training to better their skills and knowledge for the community. Often times, funding is low and there are limited number of courses within budget. More donations would open up a large opportunity</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Improving Our Program:&nbsp;Continually developing and improving groups involves using new equipment, new systems, and often times comes at a higher cost. We&#39;ve done some improvements with our website, our accessibility, and are wanting to be able to keep these improvements as time goes on.</li></ol>
