At the age of 24, I dedicated my life to combating human trafficking and modern slavery after realizing that I almost got trafficked while looking for jobs abroad to support my education back when I was 18. In order for me to reach my goal with this organization, I need to have the space and means to do this work full-time instead of doing it full-time on the side of my official hotel front desk full-time job. I am saying this out of experience. I have so much work to do to advance the cause and in order to avoid being burned out again the way I was 2 years ago when I first launched YASM back in 2021, I need to fundraise $30k before August.
