This year&#39;s Kickoff Ride is organized by the Cycle Homies, a collective of cyclists and DJs that have spun records and wheels in Portland since 2020. They are connecting our bike scene with kickin&#39; local DJs, Mexican bands and dance groups. And we are here for it!&nbsp; The lead volunteer planning the Kickoff Ride, Estevan Flores, has roots in Oaxaca and has a vision for how to send off the Kickoff Ride that is unlike anything we&#39;ve seen. He wants to bring the Danza de Diablos* to Peninsula Park.
