Informed by the principles of Tzedakah and Tikkun Olam and by  international commitments such as the Universal Declaration of  Human Rights, the SJAC works as a Jewish influence aimed at eliminating  injustice and poverty within Canada.  

The SJAC engages in direct advocacy with policy makers in conjunction with other interfaith and Jewish advocacy groups. They provide support and services to groups such as refugee families affected by social injustice. 

Your donation will be directed to the work of the SJAC, including their Adult Education programming, the Human Rights Shabbat and the annual Merkur Lecture.
