I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Cowboy Show organized by Emergency Animal Care & Help (EACH). I understand that participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. I hereby release, waive, and discharge EACH, its officers, board members, volunteers, affiliates, and event partners from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of my participation.

I grant permission to EACH and its representatives to photograph, film, and otherwise capture my likeness during the event. I authorize the use of such media for promotional, marketing, and fundraising purposes without compensation or further approval.
