Join us for Yoga at the Beach at Woodlawn Beach, a free, retreat-like experience that not only nourishes your mind and body but also helps fund our mission to provide accessible wellness programs for all ages. While this event is free to attend, donations are encouraged—and every contribution directly supports our free family yoga in the park, free senior citizen yoga, and other community wellness programs. Bring your yoga mat, water, and a friend! All ages are welcome, kids can flow with us or play near by.
