Since 1996, the Friends have supported the important work of the Massachusetts National Guard Museum as well as fostering an interest in the history of the Massachusetts National Guard. We have provided funds for historic displays at the joint force HQ, Massachusetts National Guard, Hanscom AFB, we funded new plaques for the 26th Infantry Division at Camp Edwards and provided funding to purchase artifacts, for programs, publications, and events dealing with the history of the Massachusetts National Guard, the oldest and most historic military organization in the United States.
