The Walk in Remembrance is a heartfelt community event to honor loved ones who have passed, as well as those currently on hospice or receiving palliative, end-of-life care. Families, caregivers, and community members come together for a meaningful morning of remembrance, reflection, and connection. Join us for a meaningful gathering in support of Mitchell House, a nonprofit, home-like setting dedicated to providing dignity, comfort, and peace at the end of life.
