Guests will enjoy a guided tour of the brewery and a curated tasting, with a special focus on how craft beer and cider intersect in Niagara’s vibrant beverage scene.King’s Court Estate Winery – Tour &amp; tasting Next, we visit this family-owned estate winery, known for its deep roots and innovative approach to winemaking. Guests will take part in a tour of the vineyard and cellars, followed by a tasting that highlights their signature wines.Palatine Hills Estate Winery – Tour &amp; tasting At Palatine Hills, history meets hospitality. This heritage winery offers a behind-the-scenes look at its winemaking traditions and practices, complemented by a tasting of select wines that showcase Niagara’s terroir.Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI), Brock University – Special stop &amp; tasting Our final stop brings us to CCOVI, Canada’s leading centre for grape and wine research.
