Please pay your 2025 membership dues here and consider making a donation to further support our work.  Renewing Members: If you were a Member in '24-'25, then dues are $40 until 5/31/25. Renewals after this date increase to $50.  New Members: If you are joining CTH for the first time, then dues are $40 from 4/1-9/30/25. If you join us during the latter half of the membership cycle, then dues are pro-rated to $20 for the remainder of the year through 3/31/26. For Providers with lived TGD experience, please complete this form with $0 dues so we can confirm your membership.
