Facilitators play a vital role in supporting students throughout the ALIM Summer Program. As a peer guide and point of contact, the facilitator helps create a welcoming, spiritually uplifting environment by assisting with student engagement, answering questions, and providing general support throughout the program. Ideal candidates are past ALIM Summer Program ALIMni who are compassionate, organized, and enthusiastic about building community.
