MediSoul is a one-of-a-kind nutrition and diabetes education program that teaches participants how to cook healthy, affordable meals. No additional identification is required for the first class. if you would like to take notes, feel free to bring a pen or pencil to take notes. Q: Do I get produce in the first week?A: No, the first week is to see how many attendies show up, and you will receive produce during the second week of classes.
