The Individual Membership is open to all individuals living in North America. Active members receive a discounted competitor entry fee at NAEDA-sanctioned competitions.

Benefits include discounted entry fees at NAEDA-sanctioned competitions and championships, eligibility for championship titles, eNewsletters, voting privileges for NAEDA Board member elections, having a voice within the community.

Individual membership is open to all individuals who accept, abide by, and comply with the mission statement of NAEDA and who live in North America. All memberships expire one year from date of registration.

This membership level comes with the same benefits for both individuals in a couple. Each partner must join separately and partners must sign up within 30 days of each other.

This membership level is limited to a partner in a couple where 1st partner also registers and pays a $30 fee, making the couple membership pricing a total of $50.

Team Membership is open to formation teams who wish to compete for the annual national and North American NAEDA Championship titles. A team must consist of at least three couples or six individuals.
The price for a team membership is $50 per year. Membership expires one year from date of registration.

Student membership is open to all individuals who have a valid Student ID from an accredited educational institution, and who accept, abide by, and comply with the mission statement of NAEDA and who live in North America.
Student members wishing to compete should be prepared to present their student ID at NAEDA Sanctioned competitions.

The Organizational Membership is open to all legal entities, clubs, and groups located in North America whose main concern is equality or same-sex dancing. Organizational membership is also open to LGBTQ sporting events that include equality partner dancing or who are organizing an equality dance competition. Organizational membership is required for equality competitions wishing to be sanctioned by NAEDA.

This membership level is for collegiate dance clubs / teams. One officer of the club or the team captain/coach will sign up and pay for the team membership. They will then get a discount code to pass on to their members, who will be able to use the code to sign up for a free student membership.
