Ticket Information & Participant Acknowledgement

This registration is valid for one (1) participant aged 19 years or older. Registrants may reserve up to four (4) tickets per transaction, subject to availability.

Your registration includes participation in the York Pride Pub Crawl, entertainment, a commemorative t-shirt, an official event lanyard, access to participating venues, and complimentary water stations provided by York Pride throughout the evening.

York Pride does not provide, sell, serve, or distribute alcoholic beverages. All food and beverage purchases are the sole responsibility of participants and are purchased directly from participating licensed establishments. Non-alcoholic options are available at participating venues.

Participants are expected to drink responsibly, behave respectfully, and follow the directions of York Pride volunteers, event staff, venue staff, security personnel, and emergency services personnel. York Pride reserves the right to deny participation, revoke event credentials, remove individuals from the event, or arrange alternative transportation if a participant appears intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, or unable to care for themselves or others. Any transportation costs, including taxi, rideshare, or other services, remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Participation in the York Pride Pub Crawl is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. York Pride, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, participating venues, the Town of Newmarket, the Regional Municipality of York, the Province of Ontario, and affiliated partners assume no responsibility or liability for personal injury, illness, intoxication, property loss, theft, transportation arrangements, or damages arising from participation in the event.

The views, actions, opinions, and conduct of participants, performers, venue staff, volunteers, sponsors, and guests do not necessarily reflect those of York Pride, the Town of Newmarket, the Regional Municipality of York, or the Province of Ontario.

By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to participate responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and venue policies.
