Age Requirements: The Raffle is open to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age for long guns (rifles and shotguns), and 21 years of age for handguns and receivers.&nbsp;4. Statutory Adherence: The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.&nbsp;5. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Rebuilding Appalachia as final and binding.&nbsp;6. Valid Identification: Winner must possess a valid state-issued Driver License or Identity Card.&nbsp;7. Non-Resident: If you are not a resident of the state of Kentucky but are present in Kentucky when the drawing is held, and you hold a license in another state, you may win or purchase a long-gun or pistol provided that it is not prohibited by your state of residence.&nbsp;8. Transfer: Upon winning, the individual must comply with all firearm transfer regulations and laws, both state and federal. The firearm must be picked up from &ldquo;Blueline Tactical&rdquo; in Barbourville, Kentucky, or another federal firearms licensee (&ldquo;FFL&rdquo;). Any shipping and transfer fees are the responsibility of the winner.&nbsp;9. Non-Resident Transfer: Federal law requires that handguns or receivers won by a non-resident must be transferred through a local FFL in the winner&rsquo;s state of residence. All shipping and transfer fees are the responsibility of the winner.&nbsp;10. Void Where Prohibited: This Raffle is void where prohibited by law. Tickets may be purchased online or in person.&nbsp;11. Agreement to Rules of the Raffle: Participation constitutes full agreement to these Rules and applicable laws. Decisions of Rebuilding Appalachia are final.&nbsp;12. Raffle Period: Online ticket sales will end on October 6, 2025, at 6pm Eastern Time. In-person ticket sales will end at the same time.&nbsp;13. Lost, Late, or Misplaced Tickets: Rebuilding Appalachia is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. Tickets are non-transferable and must be purchased with personal funds unless otherwise disclosed.&nbsp;14. Value of Firearms: Actual/estimated value is approximately $1,000.00. No cash substitution is allowed unless at the discretion of Rebuilding Appalachia. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and expenses related to the prize.&nbsp;15. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by random drawing under Rebuilding Appalachia supervision and notified within five (5) days using the contact info provided. If the winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.&nbsp;16. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the drawing.&nbsp;17. Additional Conditions: All ticket sales are final. Winners have 30 days to claim prizes, after which rights to the prize are forfeited. &nbsp;Rebuilding Appalachia reserves the right to set ticket quantities and pricing.&nbsp;18.
