Visit and learn about the wonders of migrating owls and their adaptations and migratory journeys throughout the country. You may&nbsp;even have a chance to see an owl up close! The donation for your ticket goes directly towards supporting this long-term monitoring project so that we can continue to do this critical work and share it with many more people. Details to know ahead of time:**There are no bathrooms at the banding station. There is an outhouse at the harbor, about a half mile away.**Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, this is an outdoor activity in the UP and it is always colder at the Point. Summer includes mosquitoes so wear your bug spray or bring a zapper. There are always more bugs in the woods.**Please bring either a flashlight or phone flashlight, as the lighting at the banding station will be dim, and the walk there and back will be dark.&nbsp;**The event is scheduled for 1.25 hours, but may go a little more or less depending on the situation. The start/end time of the event moves later as the nights get shorter.**There will be stickers and magnets available for a cash donation if you would like to have something to remember your experience.
