Woodlawn docents will lead guests on an hour-long walking tour of the historic cemetery grounds that includes graveside re-enactments of members of some of Edwardsville&#39;s finest &quot;first families&quot;. This year, Julia West and Mary Hadley, William Russell Prickett, Adolphus Wolf, Sarah Coventry, and Henry &amp; Mary Steinmeyer will be among the prominent citizens of Edwardsville who will share stories of their family histories and their impact on daily life in our very own hometown. Members of Alumni Players!, a community-based NFP, will perform the roles of these historic local luminaries, which will also include live muscal performances. Tours are scheduled for 11:00AM and 2:00PM. Tickets are $20 for adults or $10 for children 12 and under. &nbsp;Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door of the event (cash only at the door). All proceeds from this event will go to the continued preservation and restoration of the landscape of Woodlawn Cemetery.
