At the Y, we believe determination isn&#39;t just a mindset&mdash;it&rsquo;s a way of life. We are honored to invite you to our annual&nbsp;Don Connelly Determination Celebration, an evening where we come together to celebrate the incredible resilience and strength found within our community. This special night is held in memory of Don Connelly, a man who lived with Post-Polio Syndrome but never let it define his spirit. Don spent his life serving others&mdash;from his time as a combat medic to his years as a traveling magician. Today, we carry on his legacy by recognizing neighbors who, like Don, have used the Y to overcome significant personal challenges and achieve their goals. Guest Speaker Tim Kaufman: We are thrilled to welcome author and speaker Tim Kaufman. Tim will share his powerful, firsthand story of reclaiming his health and life through nutrition and movement&mdash;a true testament to what is possible with a little grit and a lot of heart. Live Music &amp; Dancing: Get ready to hit the dance floor! The 15-piece Small Town Big Band will be providing the soundtrack for the night, bringing high-energy live music to our celebration. Buffet Dinner &amp; Dessert: Enjoy a hearty buffet featuring local comfort favorites. The menu includes classic dishes like Italian Marinated Chicken, Balsamic Flank Steak, and Pasta with Vodka Sauce alongside a fresh salad and a variety of delicious desserts. Premium Raffle Baskets: Take home something special! Our featured raffles include upscale, curated baskets filled with local getaways, entertainment packages, and high-end gifts.
