Join us for the inaugural Ride In Shorts for Leah Gala Dinner, a very special evening of glamour, generosity and purpose, held in honour of Leah Smith, who tragically lost her life to mesothelioma. This formal Gala will bring family, friends, supporters and the community together to celebrate Leah’s life and legacy while raising vital funds for asbestos education. Leah’s story is at the heart of Ride In Shorts for Leah. What began as a deeply personal mission has grown into an important campaign to raise awareness of the devastating impact of asbestos related diseases and help prevent other families from experiencing the same loss. Guests will enjoy a memorable evening of dining, entertainment and fundraising, while helping support the lifesaving work of Advocacy Australia’s Asbestos Education Committee. All money raised from the Gala will support the Asbestos Education Committee's work and asbestosawareness.com.au, helping ensure Australians continue to have free access to trusted, practical asbestos education and awareness resources designed to prevent exposure and save lives.
