You’re warmly invited, and encouraged, to attend the Association’s public meetings and, if you wish, you can upgrade to Ordinary or Associate membership at any time (subject to eligibility).

Ordinary Membership offers each fully-paid Member one valuable vote at the Annual General Meeting, which allows for active participation in significant decisions that impact the entire community.

Only one Ordinary Member per property is allowed but you can list all residents on your membership and they gain access to your benefits too!

Members classified as Ordinary are also eligible to be nominated for a valuable position on the Association's Management Committee.

To become an Ordinary Member, individuals must thoroughly complete the application form and submit it for review.

The Management Committee will carefully evaluate all submitted applications to ascertain the eligibility and overall suitability of each candidate.

Membership fees are payable upon application, ensuring a smooth and straightforward process for new members.

Associate Membership provides a wonderful opportunity to engage with the Association while holding no voting rights.

It’s important to note that Associate Members are not eligible for nomination to the Management Committee, so please keep this in mind if this is the level at which you decide to join.

As an Associate Member, you are warmly invited to attend Annual General Meetings and are encouraged to actively participate in thoughtful discussions regarding the various agenda items that will be considered by the Management Committee.

Multiple Associate Memberships are required per property if all residents wish to gain access to member benefits.
