In everything we do as a Cathedral community, from our worship to our service and activism, we lift up the cross of Christ, proclaiming the love of God to the world.  In 2020, the cross that the Cathedral elevates above Ste Catherine Street was removed for structural repairs to the spire. But on Thursday, May 19, 2022 the Cathedral's cross was lifted to the top of our spire once again. The Cathedral cross stands 70 meters, 230 feet, or 2,760 inches into the sky of Montreal. To celebrate this occasion, we’re asking you to make a gift that recognizes the monumental strides in raising up our cross once again. Thank you for your gift. Your generosity will help us to keep lifting up the cross—through our building and the many ministries it hosts—for generations to come.

Dans tout ce que nous faisons en tant que communauté de la cathédrale, de notre culte à notre service et à notre activisme, nous élevons la croix du Christ, proclamant l'amour de Dieu au monde.  En 2020, la croix que la cathédrale élève au-dessus de la rue Sainte-Catherine a été retirée pour des réparations structurelles de la flèche. Mais le jeudi 19 mai 2022, la croix de la cathédrale sera à nouveau élevée au sommet de notre flèche. La croix de la cathédrale se dresse à 70 mètres, 230 pieds ou 2 760 pouces du ciel de Montréal. Pour célébrer cette occasion, nous vous demandons de faire un don qui reconnaît les progrès monumentaux réalisés pour élever une fois de plus notre croix. Nous vous remercions de votre don. Votre générosité nous aidera à continuer à élever la croix - à travers notre bâtiment et les nombreux ministères qu'il accueille - pour les générations à venir.
