La COCAL ou Coalition of Contingent Academic Labor (Coalition du personnel enseignant à statut précaire en enseignement supérieur) regroupe des organisations syndicales du Québec, du Canada, des États-Unis et du Mexique. Du 8 au 10 août 2024 se tiendra à Gatineau, au Québec, la XVe conférence internationale de la coalition. La Fédération nationale des enseignantes et des enseignants du Québec - CSN (FNEEQ-CSN) s'occupe d'organiser la conférence de 2024. Dans ce cadre, la présente campagne vise à recueillir des dons qui serviront à divers objectifs dont :<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">financer la participation de membres de syndicats moins nantis par des bourses;</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">assurer l'interprétation simultanée des conférences, panels et ateliers dans les trois langues des personnes participantes (français, espagnol, anglais);</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">assurer le bon fonctionnement et la logistique de l'événement (transports, repas, hébergement, besoins technologiques).</li></ul>Merci de contribuer généreusement à faire de la COCAL 2024 un succès de participation et de favoriser ainsi les échanges et discussions en vue d'améliorer les conditions de travail du personnel enseignant précaire qui œuvrent en enseignement supérieur sur tout le continent nord-américain. FAIRE UN DON À LA COCAL 2024 : DON POUR LES BOURSES OU DON GÉNÉRAL

The COCAL (or Coalition of Contingent Academic Labour) brings together union organizations from Quebec, Canada, United States and Mexico. From August 8 to 10, 2024, the 15th international conference of the Coalition will be held in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. The Fédération nationale des enseignantes et des enseignants du Québec - CSN (FNEEQ-CSN) is responsible for organizing this conference. In this context, this campaign aims to collect donations which will be used for various objectives including:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">finance the participation of people from less well-off unions through scholarships;</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">ensure simultaneous interpretation of conferences, panels et workshops in the three languages of the participants (English, French, Spanish);</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">ensure the smooth running and logistics of the event (transport, meals, accomodation, technological needs).</li></ul>Thank you for contributing generously to making COCAL 2024 a success of participation and thus promoting exchanges and discussions with a view to improving the working conditions of precarious teachers who work in higher education throughout North American continent.
