Each cohort often turns into a circle of friends who support each other in daily life; from finding jobs to navigating family challenges. Since November 2024, in just less than a year we’ve held over 50 circles and reached 32+ men. With your help, we can double this impact: hosting 100 circles, training new facilitators, providing therapy support and subsidies, and hosting our first men’s mental health conference. Together, we are not just improving mental health; we are building a cooperative, supportive diaspora community for generations to come. They now have over 2,000 men across 200+ tables.</li><li>Andy’s Man Club (UK) <a href="https://andysmanclub.co.uk/" target="_blank">https://andysmanclub.co.uk/</a> Peer-to-peer weekly support groups under the motto “It’s okay to talk.”Now the have over 240 venues across the UK, with ~5,700 men attending weekly as of 2025.</li></ol> Our values:Our foundation rests on five values: authenticity, vulnerability, integrity, accountability, and care/compassion.
