Starting over in a new country is hard. For many newcomers, loneliness and isolation takes away from the joy of starting over in Canada.  At The Social Fit Project, we use fitness as a doorway to belonging; turning workout sessions into places where newcomers find friendship, confidence, and community.  What started as one newcomer’s way to feel less alone has now become a growing movement that helps newcomers connect, thrive, and call Canada home.Your gift keeps the doors open, the classes running, and the community alive.
