This year, instead of birthday gifts, I&#39;m asking if you&#39;d consider helping me fund the little extras that make HeartSpark feel like home. HeartSpark covers the essentials through fundraising and grants, but there are some things I choose to pay for myself because I know how much they mean to the girls and teens in our program. Sometimes that&#39;s a Starbucks trip with a small group after a meaningful conversation. Sometimes it&#39;s picking up treats to thank the teens who volunteer their evenings to mentor younger girls.&nbsp; They&#39;re small gestures, but they help create connection, celebrate kindness and let our volunteers know they&#39;re appreciated.
