As we prepare for our upcoming spring concerts on May 17 and May 31 with the Suncoast Concert Band and the Sunshine Coast Community Orchestra, we are raising $7,500 to repair and upgrade our percussion instruments. Percussion plays a crucial role in both ensembles, providing rhythm, texture, and energy across a wide range of music. Because the instruments are heavily used and shared across both groups, they require ongoing upkeep to manage wear-and-tear, along with occasional repairs and replacement parts to remain performance-ready.&nbsp; This campaign will help cover the cost of new drum heads, servicing, and other upgrades and fixes needed for our musicians to continue to perform at their best.&nbsp; Every $1 donated equals 1 beat, and every contribution moves us closer to our goal of 7,500 beats.
