Once primed we will be open to receive the healing of sound, stillness and meditation. The healing vibrations of sound will envelop you for the duration of this session, supporting a shift in the brainwaves from alert & awake (Beta) to deep rest (Alpha and Theta). When this happens the nervous system is able to shift from sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze) to parasympathetic (rest/digest).
