Les dons à ce fonds aident à compenser les coûts d'entretien et de rénovation à grande échelle du Centre Saint-Joseph, la maison de district de la Fraternité Saint-Pie X où le supérieur du district réside en communauté avec quatre prêtres et où il y a également une communauté de quatre sœurs oblates. Le Centre Saint-Joseph de Saint-Césaire est un beau bâtiment historique doté d'une magnifique chapelle principale et d'un autel. Grâce à la générosité des donateurs, il a été en grande partie restauré et rénové pour répondre aux besoins de la Maison de district de la Fraternité Saint-Pie X au Canada. Un bâtiment de cette taille nécessite une rénovation et un entretien continus. Le Centre St-Joseph a besoin de toute urgence de votre soutien pour le rénover et l'entretenir correctement.  Nous devons rester à la pointe des rénovations et de l'entretien pour nous assurer que nous sommes de bons intendants qui prennent soin de la maison de district de la manière la plus rentable possible. Actuellement, l'un de nos principaux projets de rénovation est la construction d'un futur bâtiment scolaire qui devrait ouvrir à l'automne 2023. Nous aimerions également ajouter une passerelle entre les bâtiments. Les fenêtres extérieures ont été récemment grattées et peintes, mais beaucoup d'entre elles devront être remplacées dans deux ou trois ans. Le toit du garage devra être remplacé d'ici deux ans et certains problèmes de maçonnerie devront être résolus. Nous aimerions réasphalter le parking et installer un ascenseur à terme. Les dons à ce fonds nous aident à effectuer ces travaux d'entretien et de rénovation majeurs au Centre St. Joseph, qui est la maison du district et le centre administratif, le prieuré pour les prêtres, le cloître pour les sœurs oblates, le centre de messe, la maison de retraite et la future école.

Donations to this fund help offset the costs of larger-scale maintenance and renovations to St. Joseph Centre, the District House of the Society of St. Pius X where the District Superior resides in community with four priests and where there is also a community of four Oblate Sisters. St. Joseph Centre in St. Cesaire is a beautiful and historic building with a magnificent Main Chapel and Altar and thanks to the generosity of donors, has been largely restored and renovated to provide for the needs of the District House of the Society of St. Pius X in Canada. A building of this size requires continuous renovation and maintenance. St. Joseph Centre urgently needs your support in properly renovating and maintaining it.  We must stay on top of renovations and maintenance to ensure that we are good stewards properly caring for the District House in the most cost-effective ways. Currently, we are building a future school building as one of our major renovation projects that should open in the Fall of 2023. We also would like to add a passerelle between the buildings. The exterior windows were recently scraped and painted but many of them will need replaced in two to three years. The roof on the garage will need replaced within a couple of years and there are some masonry issues that need to be fixed. We'd like to re-asphalt the parking lot and re-add an elevator eventually as well. Donations to this fund help us to do this major maintenance and renovation to St. Joseph Centre, which is the District House and Administrative Centre, Priory for the Priests, Cloister for the Oblate Sisters, Mass Centre, Retreat House and future school.
