Help Us Build the Career Hub &ndash; Empower Women, Transform LivesThe Career Hub will be a dynamic online space serving as a vital resource for women in Central Alberta. It will provide the tools, mentorship, and community needed to help women move from survival jobs to careers that create lasting stability. Through a strategic partnership with Red Deer Polytechnic, women will access career counselling, pre-employment training, and industry-recognized certifications to increase employability.&nbsp; Our Goal is $40,000 - enough to cover tuition for 37 women completing a pre-employment credential offered through the Career Hub in partnership with Red Deer Polytechnic. That&rsquo;s 20 women served by Dress for Success and 17 women in CAWES transitional housing as part of their required eight week structured programming. This cost will be subsidized for our clients through the support of partners and your donations!
