🌟 Join us in our journey to launch! 🌟Every young person deserves a real chance to build skills, stability, and a home they can call their own. That&#39;s what Homestead Roots is for &mdash; a free program launching this January for youth aged 16&ndash;29 in Chatham-Kent who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. But before we can open our doors to them, we need solid ground under our own feet. Insurance to keep our participants safe. Legal review to make sure our policies genuinely protect the youth we serve. The basic costs of simply being a functioning organization &mdash; and fair support for the person who&#39;s given everything to build this from scratch.Our goal: $5,000 to cover these essential launch costs and get Homestead Roots ready for its first cohort.Every dollar here goes directly toward making sure we can show up for Chatham-Kent&#39;s youth the right way, from day one.
