Kootenay Circus Arts Association (KCAA), the non-profit behind Discover Circus, serves more than 450 children, youth, and adults each year. Our inclusive, community-based programming offers more than just circus skills&mdash;it builds confidence, belonging, and joy. Over the years, Discover Circus has grown from a grassroots passion project into a vibrant community hub where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to explore movement, build strength, and express themselves creatively. We&rsquo;ve seen students take their first steps onto an aerial apparatus and leave with their heads held high, proud of what their bodies can do. We&rsquo;ve welcomed neurodiverse learners, 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, and newcomers to the area&mdash;all finding a place to be supported, challenged, and celebrated.
