But they&rsquo;ve had unintended consequences&mdash;grizzly populations are surging in some regions, threatening food security, public safety, and rural livelihoods. Grizzlies are being killed at record pace with zero respect for sustainable use. The people most affected&mdash;First Nations, outfitters, ranchers, rural residents, local hunters&mdash;have been left unheard.
