Your gift supports the mental wellness of men and mothers through two complementary programs designed to strengthen connection, reduce isolation, and promote proactive mental wellness. Rooted and Rising Men provides a welcoming, non-clinical space where men can have honest conversations about healthy masculinity, fatherhood, emotional wellbeing, relationships, stress, identity, purpose, and responsibility. Milk, Mingle and Make creates a supportive space for mothers to connect through conversation, storytelling, creative expression, and gentle movement. Children are welcomed and cared for by volunteers, helping remove childcare barriers and giving mothers time to invest in their own wellbeing. By donating, you help The Family Advocates Canada create accessible, preventive spaces where men and mothers can connect, grow, and thrive. Together, we are building healthier adults, healthier relationships, and healthier families.
