We prioritize the needs of 2SLGBTQIA+ people, BIPOC folks, and all those affected by gender-based oppression. We use a social justice model that is informed by a holistic understanding of anti-oppression and feminist politics. This model aims to recognize the ways in which ideas and experiences of gender are shaped by colonialism, racism, classism, ableism, cis-heteronormativity and all other forms of oppression. We approach our work within an intersectional lens, and opt for restorative justice practices over carceral feminism.
