Building Canada&#39;s Largest Peer-Led Brotherhood for Men&#39;s Mental Health At Bros Before Lows, we&#39;re building more than support groups&mdash;we&#39;re creating a scalable, community-led network where men can find connection, purpose, and support before reaching a crisis. Our current focus is establishing the operational foundation needed to safely expand across Canada through&nbsp;SMART Recovery Meetings Hosted by Bros Before Lows. By combining the internationally recognized SMART Recovery framework with our own brotherhood-focused community model, we&#39;re creating safe, evidence-informed spaces where men can build resilience, strengthen meaningful connections, and support one another through life&#39;s challenges. To bring this vision to life, we&#39;re investing in facilitator training, secure technology, privacy and compliance systems, standardized safety protocols, volunteer development, and the operational infrastructure required to responsibly expand our network across Canada. Every new facilitator, every new meeting, and every new community we serve depends on building these systems the right way from the beginning. Reaching this vision requires more than program funding. Donations also help cover the essential operational costs that keep our organization sustainable, including insurance, technology, volunteer recruitment and training, outreach, governance, administration, compliance, and the resources needed to deliver high-quality peer support with consistency and accountability.
