Dress for Success Vancouver opened its doors in 1999 with a mission to empower self-identifying women into the workforce with confidence through professional attire. Today, we know that true economic empowerment requires so much more. To support women and gender-diverse individuals achieve financial independence and personal success, we invest in wrap-around supports that include professional attire, pre-employment, job-retention, and leadership training, mentorship, professional networks, and a strong community of support.
