GivingTuesday is a global day of giving. After the sales of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, GivingTuesday is a time to celebrate and encourage activities that support charities and non-profits. Whether it&rsquo;s making a donation, volunteering time, helping a neighbour, or spreading the word, GivingTuesday is a movement for everyone who wants to give something back. This is Great Lakes&#39; second year participating in GivingTuesday and we are excited to be a part of this global movement.As with many things over the past year and a half, fundraising efforts have been hampered due to the global pandemic. A number of the fundraising methods which we annually participate in (Partnership Dinner, Homecoming) have not been an option due to COVID restrictions. We are thankful for alternative fundraising initiatives, like Giving Tuesday.Thank you for choosing to support our GivingTuesday campaign. It is our hope to raise $10,000 dollars and we would not be able to achieve that without your generosity.
