I&rsquo;ve reached five years of sobriety this year in June, and have gone through a separation that became a major turning point in my life. &nbsp;I wasn&rsquo;t always aware of the support systems around me, and as welcome a realization it was, it was frustrating to realize how much people were willing to help and never believed it. Whether institutional resources like men&#39;s clinics or simply the power of friends showing up. I now know those supports are out there.
