The Pervataj family lives in the Shkoder area in Albania. The family lived in a warehouse without anything in it until about a year ago when some relatives helped to build shelter for the children. The father Agostin and mother Vera are raising son Arsel (9) and daughters Melisa (5) and Armela (3). Agostin works in construction when he can find work.
